Tayang Metal Parts Co. Ltd. was established in 2005. Our production base is located in Ningbo, China, with combined by one foundry and four machining shops. 

We specialised in the design, development, production and manufacturing of construction and mining components, also focus on machining metal parts as well. Products mainly are made by material grey iron; ductile iron; carbon steel; stainless steel; aluminium; copper with forging blanks and casting blanks and rod bars so on.

Our production equipments included two automatic moulding machines in casting line, six CNC machining centre; more than fifty CNC lathes, five rocker drills, four automatic milling machines, twenty tapping machines, two cutting machines and many similar type equipments in machining line, Included in our inspection equipments are two metallographic analysers, two stretching machines, two hydraulic presses, three Brinell hardness testers, three Rockwell hardness testers, one projector, and one magnetic particle flaw detector.

Our factories are certified ISO9001 compliance. Beside quality control by ISO standards, our engineers will conduct pre-shipment inspections for every batch of goods and maintain records for customer tracking.
